Most of my work falls into a few categories: chairs that need re-caning or re-upholstering, tables and cabinets with damaged veneer or joints, and the occasional larger project like a chest of drawers that's been neglected in a shed for twenty years. If it's solid wood and structurally sound, it's usually worth restoring rather than replacing.
